- My products is damaged or out of order. What can I do?
If your product is damaged or out of order you can send an e-mail to info@golfquip.net. You need to give us the following details: - Your contact details
- Description of the problem
- Date of purchase
Returns:
Since 1 february 2001, the costumer has a legal respite of 7 days. Within these days the boughted products can be returned without giving any reasons. However, the costumer has to pay the forwarding-charges, and also needs to pay and take care for an eventual return sending. The already received payment will be deposited back on your account, after deduction of the mentioned forwarding-charges. The 7 day period takes effect on the day you receive your delivery. The returning-right does not exist for damaged articles or articles with broken sealing. Return deliverys to:

Costs of transport of return-sendings will have to be payed by the costumer. When the articles are delivered incorrect by Goflquip.net (wrong size, product or manufacturing-fault), Goflquip.net will pay for return-costs.

- What about the warranty?
Golfquip.net has a standard warranty of 12 months. This means if your trolley has a breakdown, the sparepart will be shipped to you free of charge. Golftrolleys have a standard warranty of 12 months on parts. This means, if your trolley has a breakdown, the sparepart will be shipped to you free of charge. The damaged part needs to be shipped to golfquip.net first, on you own costs. Batteries have a warranty period of 3 months. Treath your batteries well and they will treath you likewise! Warranty replacements will only be done on damaged parts. Damage caused by aging of the product or bad usage will not be covered by our warranty.

- How can I check my order status?
Golfquip.net sends an e-mail every time the order status changes. This means when an order is placed, you get an e-mail, when the order is being picked, you get an e-mail and when an order is shipped you get an e-mail. When you order is shipped you will get the DPD parcel number. With this number you can check the parcel life cycle on the Golfquip.net website under the section "order tracking & tracing". Furthermore, Golfquip.net always tries to communicate with you when needed. Although Golfquip.net is an internet webshop, there are also "real" people working here :-) Verder probeert Golfquip.net u altijd zelf op de hoogte te houden, want Golfquip.net vind het belangrijk, ondanks dat zij een webshop is, om u te laten communiceren met "echte" mensen.

Just send an e-mail to info@golfquip.net. Your ordered product will be delivered within a few days, the wrongly delivered product will be picked up as well. All at our costs of course. Stuurt u dan even een e-mail naar info@golfquip.net. Het artikel dat u wel besteld heeft wordt dan binnen een paar dagen afgeleverd, het verkeerde artikel wordt dan weer meegenomen.
