Article 1.
By ordering at Goflquip.net, you accpet our general conditions. Goflquip.net keeps the right to change these conditions and the content of our website, without informing the customer personally. The customer will not have the right to claim a compensation or settlement for this. The customer will have to notice any changes by him/herself.
Article 2.
All offered products and named prices are described carefully and in good faith. The mentioned prices include taxes. It can be possible that the mentioned specifications, prices, numbers or other indications differ. Goflquip.net keeps the right to not accept the order without giving reasons. Described discounts are once only and there can not be derived any rights from this for later orders.
Article 3.
The tariffs of the webshop and the store at Lommel can differ for the same product. Regarding each other, there can not be derived any rights. Goflquip.net keeps the right to handle different prices in the store in comparison to the webshop.
Article 4.
The forwarding-charges depend on the by costumer chosen method of paying. The forwarding-charges are based on a maximum of 4 pair of shoes each sending. For delivery within the Netherlands you pay € 5,50. The forwarding-charges for cash-on-delivery, withing the Netherlands, are € 11,95. The forwarding-charges towards England are € 9,95 to Rep. of Ireland € 19,95. There is no possibility to pay with cash-on-delivery for England and rep. of Ireland. Article 5.
Goflquip.net will take care of a accurate completion of your order and will try to send it within 4 working days after receivement of your payment. To this, there can however not be derived any rights. If Goflquip.net has not delivered the order after 30 days, the consumer can annulate the order without giving any reasons and without extra costs. Goflquip.net is in no case responsible for any damage done due to crossing time of delivery. Goflquip.net has at any time the right to deliver the order in parts.
Article 6.
Goflquip.net always determines the method of paying. The consumer bares de risk of matters ever since the moment when the orders are offered at the stated adress. In case of rejection of the customer without giving reasons, the forwarding-charges will be charged to the customer..
Article 7.
Since 1 february 2001, the costumer has a legal respite of 7 days. Within these days the boughted products can be returned without giving any reasons. However, the costumer has to pay the forwarding-charges, and also needs to pay and take care for an eventual return sending. The already received payment will be deposited back on your account, after deduction of the mentioned forwarding-charges. The 7 day period takes effect on the day you receive your delivery. The returning-right does not exist for damaged articles or articles with broken sealing. Return deliverys to:

Costs of transport of return-sendings will have to be payed by the costumer. When the articles are delivered incorrect by Goflquip.net (wrong size, product or manufacturing-fault), Goflquip.net will pay for return-costs.
Article 8.
The normal manufacture-guarantee counts for all the products of Goflquip.net. Regarding the fact that Golfquip.net is an official dealer of the offered brands, we will take over these guarantees.
Claims due to visible external defects have to be, in accordance with the conditions, submitted by letter by the costumer at the latest 7 days after receivement of the products.
Later submitted reclamations can not be taken in to application.
Article 9.
Goflquip.net stays the owner of the ordered products untill all the duties (payment) of the costumer are fulfilled. When the stocks are changed due to lated payment, the costumer can not derive rights from the previous order. The period of time for this is 7 working days.
Article 10.
All payments towards Goflquip.net have to be fulfilled without any deductions. The costumer loses the right of delivery when the payment differs from the payment obligation.
Article 11.
Products can differ concerning colors on the picture. This is possible because suppliers change the colors in the meantime, without changing the functionality. Goflquip.net is not always able to change this directly on the website. When the functionality of the product stayed the same, the costumer can not derive any rights from this. Indeed in this case the costumer is able to return the order.
Article 12.
All products offered by Goflquip.net are authentic and will be sended as much as possible in the original package. The pictures try to reproduce a realistic as possible image of the products. Changes are however possible. To this, the costumer can not derive any rights.
Article 13.
It can be possible that a on the website offered product is sold out. In this case, we will inform the custumor by telephone or email. There can not be derived any delivery-obligations to the not beeing in stock of a determined size.
Article 14.
To all exeptions regarding these Conditions, including every other agreement, is by exclusion Dutch law of application. All disagreements, if not described otherwise by law, will be displayed to the authorized court. This court will be determined by Goflquip.net.
